Obnam recurses through excluded directories
If a directory matches an exclusion pattern, obnam still goes through all files and subdirectories in it, excluding each of them in turn. This should not affect what gets backed up, but can waste time and worry the user.
Thanks to Michael Greb for asking about the behavior on IRC, leading to the discovery of the bug.

'obnam forget' is slow
The "obnam forget" operation is quite slow in version 0.7.
